Through years of working with small communities in Myanmar we have had the privilege to work directly with local people to find relevant and necessary programs that work. Our success of our programs are 100% tied to the success of our relationships. Knowing the local community and who will be directly affected by our efforts are extremely important elements of anything we do. In this way, we have focused on programs that require the support of people living in Myanmar; by doing this we can to make sure that our programs have the sustainability to really make a lasting difference. In effect, we strive to support the people of Myanmar, endeavoring to assist in creating and maintaining of systems that the people in Myanmar can support and build up their own country. This means a long term commitment to building community that is stable, socially focused, and elevating people out of poverty.
